4. Location: Nguyen Van Dao Meeting Hall of Hanoi National University

5.  Contest

1) Selection round: The judges will evaluate speech clip of candidate

2) Final round: Candidates present speech for 2 minutes with support of power point, then answer judge’s question & Quiz

7. Guide on preparing requested document:

1) Application form

– Download and fill application form (with profile picture) from website www.kvsc.vn/download

2) Speech

Ο Subject: All topic about Korea

Ο Time: present the chose subject in 2 minutes, content of the presentation must be in the same with text speech

※ Candidates who are selected to final round, before Sep 7th shall submit:

① Speech for 3 minutes (together with a vietnamese translation) ② power point file (3 pages) with images/ photos related to the speech content. Final round : present the speech with support of power point.

Ο Speech format

– Submit both Korean and Vietnamese speech

– Korean speech: MS Word, Bathangche font, word size 11

Vietnamese: MS Word, Times New Roman font, word size 13

– Write on top of the speech: Subject name, University, Department, School year, name (Korean + Vietnamese)

7. Following candidates are not allowed to join

– Whose father, mother has Korean nationality or are Korean citizen.

– Students who has study in Korea for more than 1 year

– Students who win the prize in another speaking contest within 1 year ( 3rd prize above)

* Organized by Korean company or Korean Government

* Prizes had Korea study abroad

※ Above conditions are obligation to ensure fair competition between candidates

※ For all candidates join final round will Visit Korea for 1 week and  Certificate

※  Candidates get 1st, 2nd, 3rd prize also join 1 week trip to Korea
