Selection Process

1. Selection new awarded students (in November each year)
– Sending letter to MOET and MOCST to nominate students
– Receiving nomination list from universities
-Interview and selection students
– Sending result announcement to universities and relevant agencies
-Organize Scholarship awarding ceremony/ transfer scholarship to student’s account

2. Transfer scholarship termly (twice a year: in May and November)
-Sending letter to universities request for student’s transcripts
-Receiving transcript and review
-Notice review result
-Transfer scholarship
